Thick-walled mold with a follower for hard cheeses. It designed for pressing all sorts of hard cheeses and made of high-quality food grade polypropylene. Mold has a smooth surface (the cheese head is easy to remove) and rounded edges on the bottom and follower.
The mold has 10 holes on the bottom and 30 holes in the wall to drain the whey. At the bottom there is a solid ring leg 5 mm high. It can fit up to 4,8 liters.
