Thick-walled mold with a follower for hard cheeses. It designed for pressing all sorts of hard cheeses and made of high-quality food grade polypropylene. Mold has a smooth surface (the cheese head is easy to remove) and rounded edges on the bottom and follower.
The mold has 8 holes on the bottom and 48 holes in the wall to drain the whey. At the bottom there is a solid ring leg 5 mm high. It can fit up to 2,2 liters.
