The universal cheese mold D12 is suitable for soft and semi-hard cheeses. One of the most popular forms in cheese making, it is widely used for such cheeses as Camembert, Caciotta, Brynza, etc.
This size allows you to get a classic Camembert cheese head with a diameter of 11 cm, as well as any other small cheese.
The cheese mold can be additionally completed with a follower. The thick walls of the mold and the follower allow you to press the cheese grain, so you can prepare almost any cheese.
