The universal cheese mold D12 with follower is suitable for soft and semi-hard cheeses. One of the most popular forms in cheese making, it is widely used for such cheeses as Camembert, Caciotta, Brynza, etc.

The follower is suitable for pressing cheese. It can also be used as a base for the cheese after removing it - just install the follower, turn the mold over and remove the cheese head.

Its size allows you to get a small head of Camembert cheese with a diameter of 11 cm or any other small cheese. Strong walls and follower allow you to press the cheese grain. This way you can make almost any cheese.

The mold has 6 legs, which simplifies the exit of serum through the grid bottom, excluding its accumulation in the lower part of the mold.
